- $300 one-time fee for website creation
- ~$40–50/month for hosting (paid directly by you to your hosting provider)
- ~$20/year for your domain name
We do not charge ongoing fees after the website is completed.
Timeline
Most websites are completed within one business day, depending on communication and revisions.
Revisions
After the initial build, you may request reasonable changes to finalize the site.
Additional work beyond the original scope may require a separate agreement.
Ownership
Once the website is completed and delivered, you own the website.
You are responsible for:
- Hosting account
- Domain name
- Ongoing updates and maintenance
Ongoing Support
We do not provide ongoing maintenance or support unless otherwise agreed.
Payments
Payment for the website build is due as agreed before or upon completion of the project.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Website downtime
- Hosting issues
- Third-party services
- Any damages resulting from the use of the website
